Zazie O. Beetz was born in Berlin on the 21st of November 1991. She was born in Berlin, Germany. Her mother is a Social Worker of South Africa-American descent from New York. Jennifer Aniston is also a student at the same high school. Beetz studied French at Skidmore College after graduating LaGuardia. Following graduation from Skidmore College, Beetz immediately began auditioning and was offered the role as Van at Atlanta. Beetz is a native of Berlin of two parents: a German father, as well as an African American Mother. They both grew up in New York. Performing in community theaters and local stage shows since her childhood, Zazie found her joy at the age of six and went on to grow to become an actor. Zendaya's Disney Channel Breakout role Zendaya's dance skills have paid off. The actor and dancer got a breakout role in 2010 when she was cast alongside Bella Thorne as Rocky Blue in the TV series "Shake It Up". Zendaya's veg-eating journey began at the age of eleven when she went to the local slaughterhouse on an outing with her dad. She tells PEOPLE, "I thought it was horrible to see all the animals being stuffed and waiting to be killed. I was shocked to discover that's where I'd been getting my meat!" She has since stayed on a vegetarian diet.
